Network Hardware Resale (NHR) is expanding its NetSure Maintenance Program to include a global four-hour hardware replacement service to help businesses avoid losing critical time in case of a network failure.

In today’s globally connected, 24/7 work environments, many companies need to be operational around the clock, so ensuring constant network connectivity is essential to keeping pace with business — four hours sounds about the maximum you’d want to be dealing with fixing a network failure.

The scope of the NetSure 4HR program is certainly ambitions -- NHR guarantees coverage to customers in major cities throughout North and South America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Speaking of constant contact, the expanded program also offers 24x7 global technical support by Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO)-certified network technicians and access to the NetSure Portal, a web-based contract management, equipment inventory, service desk and configuration management tool that allows customers to manage maintenance and support contracts from a variety of vendors.

The program also provides the option to purchase 24x7x365 network monitoring, proactive provisioning and rapid incidence response services as well as the option to purchase NHR Professional Services, a range of network consulting services designed to help architect and configure networks for more optimal performance.

Available since 2008, NetSure is also offered as other service programs, including NetSure NBD, which provides 24x7 global technical support with guaranteed next-business-day advanced hardware replacement and NetSure Spare, which provides a fully tested and configured spare unit available onsite and includes standby support from the NetSure support team.
