Application performance software specialist Condusiv Technologies, formerly known as Diskeeper, has revised its channel partner program, expanding Condusiv's Registered partner level and adding a new Premier tier with added incentives.

The Registered Partner level provides an "introduction" to the array of program benefits and support that Condusiv offers, such as sales tools, product training and marketing assistance, according to the company. Premier partners, meanwhile, also receive increased preference, investment and support in the form of front-end margin business accelerators, partner events and partner marketing funds.

Breaking out the perks of each level, Registered and Premier partners both receive:
  • Complimentary software licenses
  • Opportunity registration
  • New business “Fast Cash” incentive
  • Partner portal access
  • Product knowledge training
  • Press release support
Premier partners also receive:
  • Additional partner discounts
  • Partner events
  • Partner marketing fund
  • Lead generation opportunities
  • Pre-sales engineering support
  • Advance release notification and first access field testing
Condusiv CEO Jerry Baldwin, said the company spent time talking to partners from all channel sectors to gain feedback in constructing the program. “The channel’s success is paramount to our global strategy and we feel that we have incorporated all the tools, training, marketing support and financial incentives to foster and promote mutual success,” he said in a prepared statement.

At the same time the company is expanding its partner reach at home, Condusiv is looking to tap into the fast-growing Chinese business market. Last week, the company announced a master reseller agreement with Qast Software Group, one of the largest software distribution companies in China, to bring software and technologies to Chinese enterprise customers.

Through the partnership, Qast will offer corporations operating in China and large Chinese enterprises products from Condusiv's software portfolio, including Diskeeper, a Windows application and storage optimization offering, Undelete, Windows enterprise file protection software with instant recovery and a data shredder, and V-locity, an I/O optimization platform for virtual machines.

In March 2012, Diskeeper changed its name to Condusiv Technologies to refocus and better align with its growing solutions portfolio, according to the company, which also planned an “aggressive global re-branding campaign” to accompany the name change.
