As an HPServiceONE program member, Avnet Technology Solutions can perform services through its Data Center Lifecycle Services on behalf of its channel partner customers who also are HPServiceONE participants. Avnet can provide breadth or depth of expertise partners may need, and in the process, those partners are able to take advantage of ServiceONE incentives.
Avnet’s HP ServiceONE offerings center around HP ProLiant servers and HP 3PAR storage, and will focus on data center solutions for deployment, education, installation, integration and technical services, according to the company.
And, as a bonus, the distributor noted its HP team can help partners “identify ways to maximize HP ServiceONE program features and benefits to become even more profitable.”
“As HP and our partners are looking to deliver more complex solutions, the ability to have a services-led strategy is becoming more important,” Vottima said. “We really see this as a sweet spot in the market for us and our partners right now.”
The ServiceONE program is currently available through Avnet Technology Solutions, and Vottima noted additional resources and capabilities around the services offering are planned.
