The VAR Guy sat down with VMware vCloud Air Global Partner Marketing Senior Director Chris Waldo at VMworld 2014 to learn more about opportunities in the cloud for VMware channel partners. Here are the details.
VMware has rolled out several new initiatives to build pipeline for channel partners ranging from Partner Market Advanage to the recently launched Partner Demand Center.
"We're also providing partners with all of the demand materials, including email templates, landing pages, call to action assets, social media and a whole bunch of other assets to drive pipeline for the solution," Waldo says.
Waldo also gave a quick overview of the Palo Alto, California-based virtualization solutions company's latest network of partners: the vCloud Air Network.
