Acronis is the latest company to become an ISV Affiliate with secure mobility provider Good Technology, which will allow customers to purchase Acronis Access Advanced for Good directly through the company and its channel partners.

The Acronis Access Advanced for Good app promises “easy, complete and safe” mobile file access, sync and share for enterprises, with the ability to scale their offering and provide IT access to security and granular policy controls to manage all aspects of the solution. The app is designed to allow users to access and share their corporate files and content on any device and from any location, according to the announcement.

“As a Good ISV Affiliate, Acronis further extends our reach into a broad range of industry sectors that can benefit from Good-secured apps developed on the Good Dynamics Secure Mobility Platform,” said Matt Sturges, vice president of Good Dynamics at Good Technology, in a statement. “Acronis Access Advanced for Good offers a comprehensive secure file transfer and sharing solution that augments our resellers’ portfolios to help drive sales of other ‘Sold by Good’ solutions.”

The application will also include integrated secure Microsoft Office editing, PDF annotation and other features compatible with both Macs and PCs.

“Acronis Access Advanced for Good is the best solution for the vast majority of enterprise class organizations that are looking to provide their users with a secure and managed way to access, sync and share their documents, while providing IT with a high level of security and compliance, low management effort, and minimal IT overhead.  Having our solution available to the Good ecosystem creates many opportunities for custom, integrated solutions for our joint customers.”

Last month, Acronis launched its new global partner program as a way to place a premium on demand generation and high value selling to incentivize partners to deliver the company’s solutions to their customers. The data backup solution provider also unveiled its Acronis Backup Service, a local cloud and backup solution with bare metal recovery capabilities to help customer back up data from any source.
