Tech Data: The distribution behemoth has launched its exclusive HP Advanced Customer Experience Solution (ACES) configuration portal, designed to enable partners to manage requests and track service levels and turnaround times, streamlining the sales process from start to finish and adding a level of transparency, according to the company.
HP ACES includes real-time progress reporting on all HP enterprise servers, storage, and networking configurations in a single portal.
- According to Tech Data, HP ACES offers:
- Swift and precise configuration and pricing done in one location
- Real-time tracking capabilities
- Active and automatic communication of quote and sales updates
- Proactive notifications and alerts on expiring bids or missing information
- Log of active, pending and closed quotes
- Protects confidential information
Synnex: The specialty distributor’s VISUALSolv group is now carrying global education company Promethean’s (LSE: PRW) learning productivity solutions for K-12 and higher education, as part of its 21st Century Classroom strategy.
"The Synnex VISUALSolv team is very pleased to extend our relationship with Promethean to include its education solutions. Our customers can now offer exceptional learning productivity tools just in time for the education buying season," said TJ Trojan, senior vice resident, Product Management at SYNNEX.
Under the agreement, Synnex offers Promethean's interactive technology and software solutions including its ActivBoard interactive whiteboard systems, ActivTable interactive table, ActivInspire software, ActivEngage assessment and student response systems, as well as training.
