Happy Thursday, and welcome to this week’s Channel Partner Program Roundup, our weekly collection of channel news and notes. This week we’ve got news from Thinking Phone Networks, One Source Networks and Xively, so let’s start this roundup.

Thinking Phone Networks: The unified communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) vendor has added Simplify to its cloud channel partner program as a master agent. Simplify will now offer the ThinkingSuite UCaaS solution to its enterprise customers.In addition, Simplify has selected Thinking PhoneNetworks to provide ThinkingSuite cloud communications services to its entire organization.

"We are pleased to have Simplify join our cloud partner programas well as select  ThinkingSuite as the company’s internal communications platform,”said Rob Shelby, Thinking Phone Networks regional vice president of Channel Sales.

One Source Networks: The the cloud and managed services provider has achieved Premier Certification from Cisco Systems.  To earn Premier Certification, OSN had to meet standards for networking competency, service, support and customer satisfaction set forth by Cisco. 

To achieve Cisco Premier Certification OSN was required to achieve the Cisco Express Foundation Specialization. This specialization includes tests on technical competency in the integration of basic routing and switching, wireless LANs, and security technologies. In addition, OSN was required to integrate a base level of Cisco Lifecycle Services into their offerings and demonstrate measurably high levels of customer satisfaction based on independently audited customer satisfaction surveys.

Xively: The subsidiary of LogMeIn and self-proclaimed “creator of the first public cloud platform for the commercial Internet of Things (IoT)” has launched the Xively Partner Network (XPN). XPN is comprised of companies and organizations that provide IoT-enabling technologies, services and expertise, “leveraging Xively Cloud Services to accelerate the delivery of next-generation connected solutions,” according to the company.

XPN is designed to help members position their companies as leaders in the IoT marketplace alongside an ecosystem of like-minded pioneers, while raising the awareness of member offerings through a broad community of IoT experts, partners and customers. Members have opportunities to connect with new customers and deliver end-to-end solutions that seamlessly integrate with Xively Cloud Services to capture more of the IoT value chain.

XPN is targeted at solution providers, professional services firms and industry alliance partners.
